Instructions based on QuickSale for WooCommerce menus and settings.
QuickSale offers LINK (copy the payment URL), SEND (open WhatsApp Business with a prepared message for manual confirmation), and API (automatic WhatsApp Cloud API delivery). LINK and SEND do not require API credentials.
For API mode, open QuickSale → Settings → WhatsApp. Configure Phone number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA) and Access token for your own store. Never share the token publicly.
Fill in the approved template names for the payment link, payment completed and reminder messages. Use the exact names and matching variables approved in Meta.
Select Meta template language codes for Spanish, English and German. Payment completed and reminder templates have their own language settings; the codes must match the approved translations.
Use Check template status to review configured templates. Then test delivery with an opted-in recipient. Check the activity log and WooCommerce payment-completed message. Meta fees are separate.
