Scope

Support for active licenses covers installation, activation and reproducible issues attributable to the purchased plugin. It does not include custom development, general site administration, hosting repairs, issues exclusively caused by unrelated plugins or comprehensive WordPress training.

Fixes and updates are provided according to product availability and maintenance cycles. No fixed response or resolution time is promised unless expressly agreed.
